Each airline has its own cancellation and refund policies, which may vary depending on the ticket type, season, and price, among other factors. When you make a purchase, the booking terms and conditions will specify whether the ticket is refundable or non-refundable. We will always provide you with the relevant information regarding the cancellation and refund policy before you proceed with the purchase. If your ticket is refundable and incurs a cancellation fee, you can expect to receive the refund within four to five weeks from the date of the refund request. Similarly, if the airline allows modifications and a modification fee applies, you can obtain your new ticket by paying the change fee and any fare difference (if applicable).

Receiving your ticket is a straightforward process. Once we receive your full payment and signed invoice (booking terms and conditions), we will immediately send the Electronic Tickets to the email address you provided. E-Tickets have replaced traditional Paper Tickets, so there is no need for postal delivery.

In most cases, these tickets are very similar to those purchased directly from the airlines. The advantage is that you can still request special meals, select preferred seats, and often earn frequent flyer mileage.

The easiest way to make the payment is by transferring the money online to our company's bank account. If online banking is not an option, you can pay in cash at our office. Credit card and debit card payments are also accepted.

We only accept debit/credit cards of the leading passenger. If the cardholder is not the traveler, meaning they are not flying, we do not accept card payments online or over the phone. In such cases, the cardholder must visit our office with the chip and pin card to process the payment physically on our machine.

Advance question

For travel during holiday periods, it's advisable to plan well in advance, preferably 3-6 months ahead, to secure the best deals. Airlines often limit availability on cheaper fares closer to departure during holiday periods. However, if you're planning a last-minute getaway, we would still be delighted to assist with your travel plans.
